Kristen and Kevin Wedding Picture Video

iPhone/iPod version is here

This is something new I am trying with my wedding photography. I have made Picture Videos before with events and weekends and even years, but I wondered how a couple would like to see their wedding as a picture video.

While learning about wedding photography I found that most of the other professionals edit down their photographs from each wedding to around 500-1000 shots to show the couple as proofs. This is great for saving the couple time and the hassle of going through so many photographs to chose the ones they like. It also makes the photographer look better by only showing the best; but there are so many other shots that just get wasted.

Well, here is my wedding photography: raw and unedited, power pumped into your eyes and ears. I'm not sure how others will like this, but this is my way of not wasting those otherwise lost photographs.

Music is by Finnston.

Comments:
I think it's ingenius and extremely valuable.

unreal...without a doubt an innovation and the start of a trend.

Brilliant and jaw dropping.

i always have to think 3 times before deleting picts. this is a good use of them. i think your clients will like it.

Lan!!!!!!! this sooo fucking awesome!.... this needs to be a hit on blip. get it featured. upload it to youtube (quality sucks I know) but this is sooooo crazy awesome. the guys at Vimeo would feature this.

if that was my wedding. I would feel soooo honored that I had this video.

I don't have a solution regarding the vertical/horizontal issue.... maybe put black around all the edges so it's a circle you see in the middle... and kinda feather the edges. so you are looking through a peep hole. you will lose a bit of the image, but it might be easier to watch not having the horizontals and vertical continually flipping.

great work.

Brother... awesome video again... I think it's something that you will corner with wedding photography since most professional photographers will not want to share ALL the photos, they won't want you to see the bad or the blurry or even their method of shooting and working.

This takes transparency to the next level.

I think we should combine our photos for next Saturday's wedding and post that... it might come out weird though when we are shooting at the same time. Maybe weird good... maybe weird bad. We'll see!

it's like a new niche market for wedding videos -awesome.
